What Does ACE Do?

ACE provides technical assistance to select communities with populations of 2,000 to 18,000 through a comprehensive, three-phase approach.

ACE advocates leadership development and engages in a municipality’s vision and plans for growth and enhanced quality of life.

What defines an ACE Community?

Fosters growth and prosperity by focusing on its distinctive assets and resources
Establishes a vision based on the community’s unique values, concerns, and priorities
Engages a broad base of community stakeholders to develop and implement short-term and long-range plans to achieve that vision
Strives to meet defined ideas that embrace Leadership, Planning, Economic Development, and Quality of Life issues such as education, healthcare, and public safety.
